Historically the first Welschriesling, which fermented in a large oak barrel and subsequently stirred there for 7 months on fine yeasts. The citrus and walnut-peel flavor of wine is harmoniously combined with the sweet oak barrel tannin. The color saturation and very full flavor move the wine to a new higher level.
