Thanks to the extended period of lees contact, our Veltliner has an almost emerald green appearance. The aroma suggests slightly over-ripe mangoes, with a touch of cream, and on the palate this full-bodied wine has a discernible, elegant character derived from the autolysis of yeast cells.
