Gewurztraminer, selection of berries 2017, Pod Slunným vrchem

The botrytic harvest gave Gewurztraminer extreme honey in its flavour and a scent of tea rose. The flavour is beautifully balanced by residual sugar and acid. Tones of ripe tropical fruits such as mango, lychee and passion fruit predominate. A very full extractive finish is complemented by spiciness and minerality.
