Chardonnay, late harvest 2019, Purmice

This wonderful wine was fermented and then stirred for 7 months on coarse yeast in a large wooden barrel. The aroma of banana peel is complemented by dried pineapple, citrus and in the harmony with tannin from wood. The taste is velvety, extractive, with a fruity-mineral finish.
