We have been bottling Volařík wines of the year 2021 ...

... and that you have something to look forward to!

The 1st of February 2022 we started bottling wines of the year 2021, which will have a slightly different composition...

The first bottled wine was Moravian Muscat, a kabinett wine in a very dry form ...

In the first week of February, semi-dry Pálava from  Věstonsko vineyard and dry Sauvignon from already grubbed up Levá Klentnická vineyard will be also bottled.

The second week of February will be only about Solaris wine - the selection of grapes in semi-dry variant will be available  in a record volume of about 20 thousand. bottles - hope to last a while :) The popular variety always disappears very soon.

The week  from 14. to 18. 2. Rosé wines are planned – tried and tested dry Frankovka and semi-sweet Merlot. Perhaps the long-awaited Riesling Terroir Kotelná should also come next -  year 2020 yet!

The beginning of March will belong to the semi-sweet Pálava from the Perná vineyards U Boží muky and Levá Klentnická and the last missing Welschrieslings of 2020 vintage - Perná and Levá Klentnická.

In mid-March, there will be on plan three batches of Organic wines - Johanniter (semi-sweet), Hibernal (dry) and Saphira (semi-sweet). Especially variety Saphira, we have excellent responses every year and we believe that will not be on shelf for long  ...

Saphira will now also be available from virgin harvest from the vineyard Na Statkách, sweet, in half-liter bottles ... however, there will be more selections of noble berries and fans of residual sugar will come to their senses in 2021 ... although Veltliners, Welschrieslings and Rieslings will be of course also in the dry variant.

Thanks to the general price increase of inputs (bottles, caps, labels, cartons, energy ...) we were forced to slightly increase prices of selected batches.

Wines from the top Terrior 2021 line will  cost 350 CZK, Organic line 270 CZK. We will offer several batches in a selection of noble berries in 0.5 l bottle for 280 CZK. On the contrary, we will please fans of dry and semi-dry Welschrieslings and Veltliners, prices will remain unchanged.

We believe that you will choose from our wine menu. Bottling dates are not dates of sale - wine must be sent to the SZPI  for classification after bottling, enter a label, labeling ... You can start searching for them on the e-shop in a period of at least +14, rather +30 days ...

As soon as the wine goes on sale, we will send the information by e-mail (if you are interested in sending it, write to sojkova@vinarstvivolarik.cz we will add you to our database) and we also put it on the winery FB and website ....
